Once a week I host a low cost, drop-in, no commitment mini-reading group. This is a short read aloud, reading instruction modeled, with educational reading games made available at the end. Bonus: A free game or activity to take home. This is geared towards all Elementary aged students ages 5-10. It is meant to give parents an idea of what explicit reading instruction looks like at a variety of levels.

What is The Reading Room? Our Reading Room is at 115 Main. It is where we offer small group reading tutoring sessions. These groups are a minimum of a 12-week commitment, because reading progress does not happen overnight. These are twice a week, drop off, small groups that meet for one hour of instruction each session. Small groups because we can learn together and play games to help make sessions more engaging and fun with peers! In these groups, reading progress is monitored and each session is tailored to meet the needs of the students in the group.

Small group sessions start up 3 times a year; Fall, Spring & Summer.

One-On-One Tutoring is sometimes available.

Join the waiting list below and indicate which you would be interested in starting should a spot become available.
