A Morning with The Hernando Sun

Hosted by Homeschool On Location at 115 Main | Downtown Brooksville

Extra! Extra! Read all about it!

Join us for a fun, free morning with our local newspaper, The Hernando Sun!

During this one-hour gathering, a special guest from The Hernando Sun will introduce students to the world of local journalism, share why community newspapers matter, and explore how news stories are created and shared. Students will get a look at real newspapers, discover educational resources available to homeschool families, and learn how they can even submit their own writing to The Hernando Sun!

We'll have newspapers for students, coffee for parents, and time to connect with other local homeschool families.

Best for upper elementary, middle, and high school students.

FREE EVENT | LIMITED TO 25 STUDENTS

Advance registration is required. We'll be reserving seats and preparing newspapers for each registered student. Please register only if you plan to attend. If your plans change, kindly let us know so we can offer your seats to another homeschool family.

We can't wait to see you at 115 Main!
